• The warranty covers free repair or replacement service for spare parts in the event of a manufacturing defect. The guarantee does not mean replacing the product or returning its value. The warranty service excludes the faults that result from:
Misuse of the product or non-compliance with the instructions for use in the product manual or the instructions referred to on the Internet and digital pages when activating the device.
Fractures, blows, cuts, or exposure of the product to external factors such as liquid, moisture, or high temperatures.
Attempts to repair or maintain operations by the non-accredited agency or the use of parts that are not approved by the Standards and Metrology Authority.
Wipe operating system files, partitions of the hard drive, or malfunctions caused by viruses.
Obtaining a secret number or password to unlock protection on the device.
Payment of funds related to repair (if any).
Obtaining the customer’s approval to take specific action as a piece order for out-of-warranty repair.
The time that the customer takes to bring accessories that need to be checked, such as the electrical adapter, battery, or charger cord.
