Warranty & Maintenence

  • All electronic devices from Mantech Systems Company Limited have been guaranteed for two years by the agent.
  •  
  • Accessories and accessories maybe have guaranteed for one year by the agent or Mantech Systems Company Limited in case there is no agent for the product in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  •  
  • The Special electronic devices in the business category include devices that maybe have been guaranteed for one, two, or three years by the agent.
  •  
  • The warranty of the attached accessories is indicated in the product’s warranty manual, or it is one year in case of the absence of the information in the warranty guide.
  •  
  • The warranty of the devices that are assembled by the customer (gaming devices is only on the internal parts by the agent or from the Mantech Systems Company Limited, and excludes from the warranty service attempts to repair them by non-authorized parties.
  •  
  • The product guarantee and the quality of manufacture are provided by the agent and it is subject to the manufacturer’s policies that are declared in the product’s warranty manual or the manufacturer’s website to obtain warranty and maintenance services. The customer can contact the warranty service provider directly to obtain the required service according to the laws and regulations.
  •  
  • Warranty and maintenance services (including the availability of spare parts, repair time, and quality of service) that are provided by the agent are not considered the responsibility of Mantech Systems Company Limited. The customer must contact directly with the agent.
  •  
  • The shelf life of each product varies and the customer should review the product manual or communicate with the agent for details.
  •  
  • The customer has the right to go to the warranty service provider to get the services directly with the original invoice.

The warranty covers free repair or replacement service for spare parts in the event of a manufacturing defect. The guarantee does not mean replacing the product or returning its value. The warranty service excludes the faults that result from:

Misuse of the product or non-compliance with the instructions for use in the product manual or the instructions referred to on the Internet and digital pages when activating the device.

Fractures, blows, cuts, or exposure of the product to external factors such as liquid, moisture, or high temperatures.

Attempts to repair or maintain operations by the non-accredited agency or the use of parts that are not approved by the Standards and Metrology Authority.

Wipe operating system files, partitions of the hard drive, or malfunctions caused by viruses.

Obtaining a secret number or password to unlock protection on the device.

Payment of funds related to repair (if any).

Obtaining the customer’s approval to take specific action as a piece order for out-of-warranty repair.

The time that the customer takes to bring accessories that need to be checked, such as the electrical adapter, battery, or charger cord.

  •  The warranty service provider is not responsible for the loss of any pre-installed software on the device.
  •  
  • In the event of discovering any internal defect or damage to the device that was not reported at the time of delivery, the warranty service provider is not responsible for it.
  •  
  • It is not the responsibility of the warranty service provider to return accessories or modifications that were made to the device, such as screen stickers or the outer frame, in case of replacement of the part related to the modification or in case of replacement of the device during the maintenance process
  •  
  • The full responsibility of the customer remains on the warranty service provider, and Mantech Systems Company Limited is not responsible for the quality of the warranty service provided, the time required for repair by the warranty service provider, the repair costs, and the availability of spare parts.
  •  
  • The time required to obtain data or approval from the customer is not counted within the repair time, and this includes:
  • Mantech Systems Company Limited provides the service of transporting the customer’s device at a fee of 79 riyals from – to far areas where the warranty services are not available without any liability on Mantech Systems Company Limited. At the same time, the application of all general provisions of the guarantee is the responsibility of the service provider and the customer will be provided with the receipt of the device after receiving it from the Warranty service provider.

  •  After passing three months from notifying the customer about the possibility of receiving the device from the warranty service provider or Mantech Systems Company Limited customer will be disposed of any devices not received by the customer.
