Delivery information

The date of shipment depends on your order, city and payment method.

The process of delivery within the city of Riyadh takes 3 to 7 working days, and outside the city of Riyadh is within 7 to 10 working days except Friday and Saturday (not a working day), as well as public holidays such as Eid days and the national day of the kingdom delivery time during these holidays takes up to 20 working days.

Process of delivery also depends on the acceptance of the client and scheduling the delivery with the Mantech Systems Company Limited team or with the shipping team. In the event that the client cannot be contacted on time, then there will be a delay in delivering the shipment without any responsibility on the Mantech Systems Company Limited.

Credit card and Mada card:

According to the bank’s policies, no return is made on any request in installments. All installments have the lowest order value.

Pay cash on receipt “Cash on Delivery “COD :

 As an alternative method of using a credit card, we accept cash payment upon delivery of purchases. By using this method, you will be able to pay in cash when you receive the products that you ordered, with an additional 20 riyals to be charged for this service.

 

Refund policy of amounts paid by customers in case of cancellation of an order or return of a product subject to the terms and conditions of the refund policy.

• Refunds of funds for paid orders through credit cards: –

  • Return of paid funds is done very quickly and smoothly after the returned item is received within the approved return policy.
  • The money will be refunded on the same original method that was used in the payment process. (Such as credit cards and others).
  • The period of receiving money varies from person to person depending on the requirements of your bank, sometimes it takes from 3 days to 30 days to get your money back.

Refund for paid orders using cash on delivery service (COD:-

  • Return of paid funds is done very quickly and smoothly after the returned item is received within the approved return policy.
  • The concerned team must be provided with your bank account number from the same email in which your request is registered and send it to the company’s email info@mantehsystems.com, and the money will be refunded on the same account number that was sent.
  • The duration of receiving funds varies from person to person depending on the requirements of your bank, sometimes it takes 1 to 5 business days to get your money back.

Order cancellation policy

 Cancellation of the order by Mantech Systems Company Limited.: www.shop.mantechsystems.com reserve the right to cancel the order for any of the following reasons:

  • Rejecting / not accepting the payment process
  • If the delivery address given by the customer is wrong, or the contact information is wrong, or the inability to reach the customer.

Cancellation of the order by the customer: To continue the process of canceling the order, you must contact customer service at ********. You can cancel your order for any of the following reasons:

  • If the order is not delivered or shipped to you, and in the event that the cancellation is made after shipping or sending the order, a cancellation fee of 59 riyals will be imposed on the customer. We reserve the right to match the time in which your order was shipped with the time that the cancellation request was sent.
  • We cannot provide / deliver the required product / service within a reasonable time, which is (20) working days from the day the order is confirmed.

 

Exchange and return policy

  • Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgement from the customer that the shipment (Carton) is intact and in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.
  • In the event that the customer has received the product and has not satisfied with it, or the product has a manufacturing defect within 3 days from the date of receiving the shipment, you can return the product or exchange it according to the exchange and return policy to Mantech Systems Company Limited.

 

1-the customer shall not be entitled to return or replace the products in the following cases unless there is an actual cause or factory defect within (3) days from the date of receipt of the product:-

  • The product cannot be returned after passing more than 3 days from the date of receiving the product.
  • Damaged products that covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Products whose serial numbers have been tampered with or removed.
  • Products without labels, the original cover, or the lack of one of their accessories.
  • All products that clearly indicate that this item cannot be returned or replaced.
  • All computer accessories.
  • The modified devices according to the client’s desire (laptop – desktop computer – servers – gaming devices), as the site allows modification of some products based on the client’s request.
  • Desktop gaming devices that bundled by the customer (your device collection).
  • Computer software is completely non-returnable

2-the customer has the right to return or exchange the products within (3) days from the date of receipt in the following cases:-

  • The customer has the right to replace the product has been shipped with a product that does not conform to his request and the product must be returned to Mantech Systems Company Limited in the same condition in which it was received, with all its accessories and in the same original packaging, and not under one of the cases in which the customer does not have the right to return or replace the product.
  • The customer shall not be entitled to replace the products unless there is an actual cause or factory defect within (3) days from the date of receipt. The product must not fall under one of the clauses of the cases in which the customer does not have the right to return or replace the product
  • 3-The mechanism of requesting the return or replacement of a product:
  • The customer should contact the customer service team by calling us at 011 2166686 during working hours from 8 am to 5 pm from Saturday to Thursday or send an official email to info@mantechsystems.com. The request for return or exchange should not exceed 3 Days from the date of receipt, and you must provide them with all your bill data and the reasons for return or replacement, and the request will be submitted to the competent team to review and respond to you regarding your request.
  • After receiving the product to be returned or replaced, the specialist team from the Mantech Systems Company Limited undertakes a full technical examination of the product, conforms to the conditions of packaging, the complete presence of supplies and accessories, and conforms to the conditions of return or replacement, and raise the demand for the administration competent with gold technology for approval / rejection of return or exchange.
  • In the event that the product was received and after reviewing the specialized technical team as in the above item and it was found that there was a manufacturing defect in the product or another product was shipped to the customer by mistake or not in conformity with the customer’s request in the invoice and it must not fall under one of the clauses of the cases in which the customer is not entitled to return Replacement and after approval of the specialized department of gold technology, the procedures will start immediately according to the client’s desire.
  • If the customer requests to replace the product – he will be given him a new alternative product and the customer will not bear the costs of return or shipping (according to the shipping and delivery policy).
  • If the customer does not want a new product and requested a refund, the full amount paid will be returned to the customer, whether for the product or shipping or any other fees (according to the refund policy).
  • In the event that the product is found defective or damaged due to misuse or connection of electricity with a wrong voltage, the returned product will be deemed not to meet not meet the conditions mentioned above and will be outside the scope of the warranty (a report from the authorized maintenance agent will be brought to prove this).
  • In the event that the customer requests repair of the product due to misuse or the connection of electricity with a wrong effort, he will be informed of the cost of the repair and pay it before starting,  as well as  the customer will bear the return and shipping fees  of  59 SAR.
  • In the event that the customer does not want to repair the product because it does not fulfill the conditions of return, exchange or out of warranty, the customer will bear the return and shipping fees of 59 SAR.
  • The product to be retrieved or replaced cannot be returned to Mantech Systems Company Limited except through our authorized shipping service providers or personally to the headquarters of the Mantech Systems Company Limited in Jeddah.

A representative of our authorized shipping service provider will contact you to schedule the receipt of the product to be returned or replaced within a period of 2 to 10 working days from the date of responding to your request to return the product from the Mantech Systems Company Limited customer service team.
